With over 20 years in the electrical industry and 10 years experience in smoke alarm compliance, we know what it takes to do the job right and maintain client satisfaction.

Our Story

With many other smoke alarm service providers already established within Brisbane, why do we need another one? The answer is simple. Quality. Quality products with a quality installation produces outstanding and long-lasting results. We do not install cheap and nasty smoke alarms.

After years within the industry, we see that consumer frustration is at an all time high thanks to poor quality alarms which are flooding the market. These smoke detectors have a high fail rate; consistently requiring replacement, or completely being removed from the property due to false alarms. This is not only an entire waste of money, but is putting Brisbane families at risk.

River City Smoke Alarms was built in response to this consumer frustration. We believe smoke alarms should only be of the highest quality and only activate when there is smoke present. Simple. We don't want our clients up on ladders at 3am trying to silence their sounding alarms.
